Damera is proud to announce its participation in the Third Clean Buses - East Conference, taking place June 25–26, 2025, at the Jay Conference Center Midtown East (DuMont Building), New York City. Organized by Global Mass Transit, this conference is one of the most anticipated events focused on the advancement, policy shifts, and innovation surrounding hybrid, electric, and hydrogen-powered transit in the United States.
This year’s conference comes at a pivotal time, as stakeholders across the industry navigate evolving federal policy under the new administration while working to scale clean fuel fleets and strengthen manufacturing, infrastructure, and workforce readiness. The event will gather policymakers, transit agencies, OEMs, utilities, funding bodies, and technology innovators to share best practices, case studies, and emerging solutions in the zero-emission bus (ZEB) space.
Damera will share its growing experience in deploying microtransit and paratransit zero-emission buses, including the Karsan eJEST, and how these vehicles are helping reshape regional transit systems—particularly in rural, suburban, and underserved communities. We believe that flexible, right-sized, and fully electric buses like the eJEST are essential to delivering cleaner, more efficient, and more inclusive public transportation.
As we continue expanding our U.S. presence through assembly and service operations, we look forward to connecting with transit leaders, policymakers, and partners at Clean Buses East 2025 to contribute to the national conversation on clean mobility and explore solutions that drive long-term sustainability.
