From August 24–28, 2025, Damera will proudly participate in the ITS World Congress in Atlanta, Georgia — the world’s premier event for intelligent transportation systems. At this year’s Congress, Damera will showcase our commitment to practical, scalable transit solutions that support cleaner cities and smarter systems. On display will be the Karsan eJEST — a fully electric, low-floor 20-foot minibus designed for on-demand and microtransit applications. With seating for up to 19 passengers and built-in wheelchair accessibility, the eJEST bridges the gap between paratransit and fixed-route service, making it ideal for short-distance, high-efficiency routes.
What makes this vehicle even more powerful is its compatibility with manual or autonomous driving, made possible through our technology collaboration with Adastec. Their advanced software stack transforms the eJEST into a smart, self-driving solution suitable for first/last mile services, campus transportation, or controlled urban environments.
Damera’s involvement doesn’t stop at vehicle delivery.
