Grant Transit Authority (GTA), serving Grant County, Washington, has introduced three Karsan eJESTs into its ACCESS ADA Paratransit program, supporting the agency's commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and customer-focused transportation for eligible riders.
The deployment comes during an important milestone for GTA. After nearly three decades of contracted operations, the agency has brought its ACCESS program in-house, allowing for greater operational oversight, more direct communication with riders, improved trip coordination, and enhanced service quality.
